New to Knowledgehook? This introductory session is designed to help educators build confidence and get up and running quickly. Together, we’ll walk through the foundational steps to successfully launch Knowledgehook in your classroom.

During this session, participants will:

Create and activate their Knowledgehook account
Navigate the platform and become familiar with key features
Set up classes and prepare for student access
Learn how to create and assign their first Mission
Explore the student experience and what implementation looks like in practice
Review key tips and best practices for a successful launch

By the end of the session, educators will have their account fully set up and their first Mission ready to use with students.

During this session, participants will:

Use student and classroom data to identify learning needs and monitor progress over time
Leverage instructional resources and teacher supports to provide targeted intervention and extension opportunities
Explore strategies for flexible grouping and personalized learning pathways
Use formative assessment practices to make student thinking visible and inform next instructional steps
Consider practical approaches for supporting accommodations, engagement, and access within mathematics learning

By the end of the session, educators will understand how to use Knowledgehook’s data and instructional supports to create more inclusive learning experiences and strengthen outcomes for students receiving special education support.

Level 2 - I’ve assigned an activity before but want to learn how to deepen my understanding of the results

Turn student evidence into meaningful instructional action. This session is designed to help educators build confidence in using Knowledgehook data and embedded instructional support to make informed teaching decisions and respond to student learning needs in real time.

During this session, participants will:

Explore classroom and student-level data available within Knowledgehook
Learn how to interpret reports and identify patterns, strengths, and areas for growth
Use assessment and Mission data to determine next instructional steps
Access and apply Knowledgehook’s instructional resources and teacher supports to address identified learning needs
Explore strategies for grouping students and differentiating instruction based on evidence of learning
Build routines for using data consistently to support planning and ongoing student growth

By the end of the session, educators will be able to confidently use Knowledgehook’s data and instructional resources to make targeted instructional decisions and create more responsive learning experiences for students.

Short Learning Cycles with Knowledgehook

Level 3: You regularly use Knowledgehook with your students and are familiar with its core features. You're ready to connect assessments, data, and instructional strategies into a complete Short Learning Cycle that drives student learning.

Learn how to use Knowledgehook to design and implement effective Short Learning Cycles that strengthen instructional decision-making and improve student outcomes. This session will explore how educators can use timely evidence of learning to identify needs, respond with targeted instruction, and monitor progress over time—while leveraging Knowledgehook’s built-in teacher supports and instructional resources.

During this session, participants will:

Understand the purpose and structure of a Short Learning Cycle
Explore how Knowledgehook supports formative assessment throughout the cycle
Learn how to gather and interpret student evidence to identify next instructional moves
Create and assign targeted Missions aligned to student learning needs
Access and use teacher support resources, including instructional recommendations, lesson supports, and planning tools to respond to student data
Use classroom and dashboard data to monitor growth and adjust instruction
Plan for routines that make Short Learning Cycles manageable and sustainable in practice

By the end of the session, educators will have a practical approach for implementing Short Learning Cycles with Knowledgehook and using available teacher resources to support responsive instruction and drive meaningful student learning outcomes.

Principal Impact: Leading Mathematics Improvement with Knowledgehook

Strong implementation starts with instructional leadership. This session is designed for school leaders to explore how Knowledgehook can support monitoring, coaching, and decision-making to strengthen mathematics outcomes across the school. Participants will learn how to use evidence of learning to drive meaningful conversations, support teacher practice, and sustain improvement efforts over time.

During this session, participants will:

Explore the principal’s role in creating the conditions for effective mathematics instruction
Learn how to access and interpret school-level Knowledgehook data and reporting
Identify trends in student learning and monitor implementation across classrooms
Use evidence to support coaching conversations and instructional decision-making
Explore strategies to align professional learning and resource allocation to identified needs
Establish routines for ongoing monitoring, reflection, and continuous improvement

By the end of the session, school leaders will understand how to use Knowledgehook as a tool to support instructional leadership, strengthen implementation, and improve student outcomes in mathematics.
